About the studio
Space Cafe is a Prague coworking that does not want to tie anyone down: no monthly subscriptions, no long-term contracts. You book the podcast room exactly as you would a meeting room — pick a slot, pay, turn up. An hour costs 1,000 CZK excluding VAT and four people fit around the table.
The operator runs two such rooms and they are practically identical. The Karlín one is on Thámova, close to Křižíkova; the other, Oslo Podcast Studio at Anděl, has its own page in the catalogue. Price and capacity are the same, so you are choosing mostly by which one is easier for you and your guests to reach.
This is a studio of the sober kind: expect solid audio facilities, coffee, wi-fi and quiet — not cinematic lighting and three cameras. It suits a conversation between two or three people, a meeting you want on the record, or a pilot episode you are not yet ready to spend production money on.
