Who we are
Podcast Studios is an open map of podcast studios for rent in Czechia, operated by [DOPLŇ: jméno nebo obchodní firma správce, sídlo, IČO] as part of the Deeplink Show project. For anything related to personal data, write to studio@deeplink.show — we reply within 30 days at the latest.
What data we process
The site has no user accounts and no database. We can receive personal data from you in only two ways: through the “Add studio” form and – if you agree – through traffic measurement. When you submit the form, we process the studio name, city, website, your e-mail address and the text of your message. Giving us your e-mail is optional, but without it we cannot reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining and correcting the catalogue (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). On every visit the server also briefly logs technical data (IP address, time, page address and browser type) for security, to protect the form from spam and to detect errors on the site – again on the basis of legitimate interest. When something breaks on the site, your browser sends us a technical error report (the error text, the page address and the browser type, without your IP address and without cookies).
Cookies and traffic measurement
Without your consent the site stores only what it strictly needs: the NEXT_LOCALE cookie with your language choice and, in browser storage, a dl-consent entry with your cookie decision. We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4, but we only start it once you click “Allow analytics” in the banner – until then nothing is loaded from Google. After consent, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies with a random browser identifier and measures which pages you visit, where you came from, your device type, page load speed and clicks on studio booking links. Advertising features and personalisation are switched off. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer – we then delete the Google Analytics cookies.
Who we share data with
The site runs on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in a data centre in Germany. Submitted forms are delivered by the e-mail service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). With your consent, traffic is measured by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). Technical error reports are stored by Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) in an EU data centre – without your IP address and without cookies. The map loads from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) – only once you scroll down to it – and is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Studio ratings from Google Maps are fetched by our server; your browser does not talk to Google for them. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We share your data with nobody else and we never sell it.
How long we keep data
Form messages stay in the studio@deeplink.show mailbox for at most 24 months from the last exchange, after which we delete them. Server access logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Google Analytics data is retained for 2 months; the _ga cookies expire after 2 years at the latest unless you withdraw consent sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to studio@deeplink.show – we handle it manually, no form required. If you believe we mishandle your data, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
Changes to this policy
If the scope of processing changes, we will update this text and move the effective date at the top.
