Brick Studio

Brick Studio is a podcast room with a brick wall in the DELTA B building in Prague 6, on the fourth floor in office 408. It suits anyone who would rather not deal with cables and settings and wants to focus on the conversation. That's because a technician is there for every shoot: they set up the sound and live-cut between the cameras while you record.

The basic package records audio and video from two cameras in Full HD, and lighting is taken care of. The brick wall makes a ready-made backdrop, so you don't have to work out what to put behind you. The operator doesn't name the microphone or camera models. If you want 4K, they'll save the recording to a drive for an extra fee.

The basic package costs 3,500 CZK for 60 minutes with a technician, and each additional hour is 1,750 CZK. A 4K recording on a drive costs 500 CZK extra. Higher packages at 7,500 to 9,500 CZK add full editing, graphics and reels for social media. The website doesn't say whether prices include VAT. You book a slot online directly on the studio's website.

It's open daily from 9 am to 8 pm, weekends included, and you get 15 minutes free before and after the shoot to welcome your guests. Take tram 20 or 26 to the Sídliště Na Dědině stop; the address is Žukovského 887/4. If you're driving, keep in mind that the surrounding streets are blue parking zones.
