Scott.Weber Workspace — Podcastové studio Hamburg

Studio Hamburg is in the Port7 office complex by the Holešovice riverbank, and from the window you look out on the Vltava. Port7 is a new development that combines design with sustainability: green roofs, cafés and a creative community. The room is built for small line-ups and fits up to three people, say a host and two guests.

The operator puts it plainly: a podcast no longer needs a production team, and with their equipment you can handle it yourself. You get a Rode Caster Pro, dynamic Rode PodMic microphones, Omnitronic SHP-900 headphones, a Full HD PTZ camera with 10x optical zoom and an All-in-One computer. You can also stream live from the studio. And if you get stuck on content or tech, they'll advise you on request.

An hour costs 1,000 CZK, the same as at the other Scott.Weber podcast studios in Karlín and Dejvice. The website doesn't say whether the price includes VAT, so check when you book. You reserve a slot through the contact form on the Scott.Weber website.

The address is Pod Dráhou 1637/2, Prague 7. Parking is right in the building, so you can drive extra gear or guests all the way there. And after the shoot, a walk along the riverbank is worth it; it's just nearby.
