WorkLounge — Podcastové studio Karlín

In May 2026 WorkLounge opened its second podcast studio at Forum Karlín, this time as part of its Event House. Unlike the self-service room on Na Příkopě, you don't set anything up yourself here: the WorkLounge team runs both the tech and the production. It suits companies, brands and creators who want to walk in, sit down in front of the cameras and leave with finished material.

You're filmed on three Sony A7S cameras, guests speak into Sennheiser wireless microphones and the picture is switched on a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro ISO. The lighting is programmable, there's a TV for your own content or a presentation, and a production control room with monitoring. The studio can bring in remote guests and broadcast live or stream. You leave with an edited Full HD video and a separate audio track. It fits two to five people.

Prices start at 3,500 CZK per hour excl. VAT, with the production team already included. You get the final amount in a quote based on the scope of the production, so booking isn't a click in a calendar but goes through the enquiry form, e-mail or phone. If you're happy to record on your own without a crew, the sister studio on Na Příkopě costs 800 CZK/h excl. VAT.

Forum Karlín is easy to reach by metro and tram; the nearest stop is Křižíkova. If you come by car, you can use the paid parking right at Forum Karlín.
