About the studio
On Školská street, two minutes from the Národní třída metro and the same from the trams on Vodičkova, sits Loopa — a studio that does not aim to be the largest, only easy to reach. For a guest coming from anywhere in Prague it is one of the simplest addresses in this catalogue to explain.
The setup is compact and honest: four dynamic microphones and four sets of headphones on a Zoom PodTrak P8, a key light, a lantern and a coloured backdrop, editing in Cubase or DaVinci Resolve. The camera work is handled by iPhones — which sounds improvised, but for a static conversation between two and four people the result holds up surprisingly well, and it keeps the price down.
There are three levels of service. Either you hire the studio with the agreed equipment and run everything yourself (from 1,000 CZK/h), or you have an episode cleaned up and mixed (from 1,000 CZK), or you order full production from recording to finished episode (from 4,000 CZK). There is no booking calendar — you send a non-binding enquiry.
