APPLAUS — Podcastové studio

APPLAUS MÉDIA has been running media training since 2013, and the television studio in the ČTK building in Záběhlice was built first and foremost as its own classroom. You can still hire it from the outside, though, and you do not have to be one of their course graduates — the rental is a regular item in their e-shop, add-to-cart button and all.

The room is built around the picture: up to five cameras including a crane, a variable backdrop you can key out, plus wireless lavs and Rode table mics. Audio and video podcasts both work here, and up to ten people fit in — note that this is the capacity of the room, not the number of mic positions at the table.

The base rate is 500 CZK per hour; the final figure depends on how long you record and how many services you add, and the studio quotes each enquiry by phone or e-mail. The one thing missing is real photographs. The product page carries only computer-generated visuals, so a placeholder stays here until the operator supplies its own images.
