About the studio
The JAMU recording studio is based in the Theatre on Orlí in the centre of Brno and, besides teaching, the university also offers it to the public through external booking. For creators, this means access to a facility built primarily for the high acoustic quality of both music and spoken word.
The studio is fully staffed by professionals, so you don't have to worry about the gear or the control room. Besides recording in the space itself, the team can also shoot on location, so you're not limited to working at a table in a single room.
Thanks to the university backing, there is an emphasis on sound clarity that mainly music projects and more demanding spoken-word formats will appreciate. The price list is available in the studio's document and booking is done by email.
