Creative.Fotoateliér

Creative.Fotoateliér occupies 300 m² on the sixth floor of the Predio building on Holická street in Olomouc. It is primarily a photo atelier with nine sets and a piano, but podcast recording is offered as a separate service. Keep in mind that the podcast set stands right in the atelier, not in a separate acoustically treated room.

The gear is aimed mainly at video. A Blackmagic ATEM Mini switches the picture, sound goes through a RØDECaster Pro and two RØDE Procaster microphones on desk arms, and you shoot on three Panasonic cameras (S1R II, S1 II and S9). An Atomos Shinobi monitor keeps an eye on the frame, and lighting comes from Godox and Nanlite. It suits pairs who want to film a video podcast or an interview for social media against a striking backdrop.

Booking is online. Without cameras, one hour costs 1,800 CZK, two hours 2,500 CZK and three hours 3,500 CZK. With cameras you pay 3,500 CZK for two hours or 4,500 CZK for three. You can add an on-site assistant for 600 CZK/h. Payment is by bank transfer or on site, a 50% deposit is paid in advance, and you need to book at least 24 hours ahead. The website doesn't say whether prices include VAT.

It's open every day: weekdays from 9 am to 8 pm and weekends from 10 am to 9 pm. You can park right in front of the building and take your gear up in an industrial lift. Coffee, tea and water wait for you at reception. The atelier has 29 verified reviews on its website with a 5.0 rating.
